Tatum House is located near Tatum Boulevard and Bell Road in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was created as a luxury vacation destination by husband and wife team, Craig and Andrea Sawyer. Every detail was selected with you in mind. From its amazing location to coffee bars in bedrooms, your enjoyment was at the forefront of our minds.
Within close proximity to renowned golf courses, equine events, museums, hiking, shopping, and lovely desert landscape.
We know you will feel completely relaxed and refreshed at Tatum House in Scottsdale, and will find it hard to leave.
Rooms
In addition to a large living room, this Scottsdale vacation rental has a comfortable dining area, relaxing family room with a 75" television, and cozy fireplace, Tatum House has four amazing bedrooms which sleeps ten in total:
Master with king bed, coffee bar, and 65" television.
En suite with king bed, coffee bar, and 55" television.
Another bedroom with king bed, coffee bar, and 55" television.
Bunk room with four beds with Bunkie Boards for added comfort; each bed will accommodate 250lbs.
There are three bathrooms in total; a fully equipped laundry room, and a two car garage.
